Terms & Condition

  • 1. Carrying negative RT-PCR from an ICMR Recognized lab is mandatory to board the flight
  • within 48 hrs of commencement of the Journey.
  • 2. In case the guest is Covid positive, we will issue a credit note excluding the cancellation
  • charges post receiving the Covid positive report.
  • 3. Credit Note shall be issued in case of travel restrictions & Lockdown in Andaman with a
  • validity of 3 months time frame which will be extendable in case the situation does not change
  • (Tariff may change as per the hotels).
  • 4. No refund will be given for no-show due to cancellation of flight/ferry due to technical/weather
  • conditions.
  • 5. Due to limited Private ferry options, in case Private ferry is not available/not operational we
  • will arrange the transfers in Govt ferry at the same price as mentioned above.
  • 6. No refunds will be offered on Cruise tickets if purchased already.
  • 7. No refunds on cancellations for bookings between 15th December to 15th January because
  • of High Peak Season.
  • 8. No refund/adjustment will be given for changes in the schedule due to cancellation of
  • flight/ferry due to technical/weather conditions. Guests will bear any extra cost if applied
  • anywhere.
  • 9. No refund will be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation
  • segments, sightseeing tours, or any other service. Such unused items are neither refundable
  • nor exchangeable.
  • 10. Room allocation is done by the hotel depending upon availability at the time of check-in in
  • the category of room as specified in your confirmation voucher.
  • 11. No refund shall be provided if the services & amenities of the hotel were not up to your
  • expectations.
  • Any cancellation based on the Medical ground, Covid and Lockdown - We strictly follow the
  • cancellation policy of the / Hotel / Cruize Association or any other source of tour logistics that is
  • directly or indirectly related to the package Including GST, and the final settled amount will be
  • refunded along with Rs 2000 service charges of JM Tours & Travels

  • 2. Accommodation in the itinerary at the mentioned hotels or the similar hotels.
  • 3. The confirmation is subject to availability.
  • 5. Room are subject to the availability. No reservation has been made till date. This is just a
  • quotation. The above rate is valid only for mentioned dates/ month.
  • 6. The above Quotation is only an offer and not confirmation of your bookings. If we are not able
  • to get the original hotels, we shall provide equivalent/ alternative hotels.
  • 7. No refund will be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation
  • segments, sightseeing tours or any other service due to Bad weather, ill health, Strike, Road
  • blocks or any other factor beyond our Control.
  • Such unused items are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
  • 8. Base category Room will be provided in every package category.
  • 9. Extra bed means Extra mattress.
  • 10.We have only telephonic/mail contact with our Customers. We take no liability for the conduct
  • of customers or any dispute between customer and hotel.
  • 11.In most hotels mentioned above Extra Person Sharing the Room, Child with Extra Bed, will
  • be provided MATTRESS / ROLL OVERS as per requirement.
  • 12.Most Preferred network is BSNL, 2nd most preferred is Airtel. Except these two works.
  • Vodafone, Idea & other operators have weak signal out there.
  • 13.Internet/data rarely works, so carry all requisite print outs with you. Instead of struggling to
  • get the internet.
  • 14.We Book the Light and Sound Show ticket in Hindi by default, as english show doesn‟t
  • happen everyday.
  • 15.ATMs are available at Port Blair. It is advisable to carry sufficient cash before travelling to
  • Havelock and Neil Islands.
  • 16.Vehicles are point to point, any deviation in the itinerary would cost additional amount. We
  • are not responsible for it. Before changing the itinerary, consult with us for the charges whether
  • it was included or not.
  • 17.You can request reception in case you wish to extend your check out time without additional
  • amount and it depends upon the hotel whether they can do so or not.
  • 18.Hotel Check in & Out timings are mostly quite early in the morning. Please plan accordingly.
  • 19.All efforts will be made to complete the tour within the stipulated time as per the itinerary,
  • however, we may reschedule the sightseeing days subject to weather conditions & to ensure
  • smooth execution of tours.
  • 20.Cruise Tickets & Seats are subject to availability. Adjacent seats and requested cruise are
  • subject to availability. We‟ll try our level best to provide you requested cruise however there is
  • no surety.
  • 21.The duty hours for drivers is from 8.00 AM to 8 PM. (as per the regulation set by the driver
  • associations, any request post and before these hours shall be subjected to drivers Availability).
  • These timing are not applicable for arrivals/pick up.
  • 22.If required you can request the hotels for Late Check – out/Early Check – in and the hotels
  • will do the needful subject to availability of the room.
  • 23.Before leaving the vehicle for the day, discuss the schedule for next morning with the driver.
  • 24.Restaurants in Andaman closes by 9-10 PM, Plan your Dinner accordingly.
  • 25.You will not encounter loud music, disco lights or parties here on a regular basis. Nights are
  • usually quiet and most people get to bed soon to wake early and make maximum use of the day
  • light hours.
  • 26.The price of a meal depends entirely on where you eat and what you order. A nice quaint
  • restaurant will cost you between Rs.300 to Rs.500 per person and can go up to 3000 Per
  • Person as well depending on what is ordered.
  • 27.Health services are limited on the Andaman Islands due mainly to their remoteness and low
  • population, though there are some good medical services in Port Blair, at the G.B. Pant hospital.
  • 28.One should keep in mind that the sun sets by 5:30 pm at the Andaman islands. Thus, it is
  • advised to wake up early to make the most of your day.
  • 29.Cellular Jail museum closes by 4 PM.
  • 30.Ross and North Bay is closed on Wednesday.
  • 31.Jolly Bouy is closed on Monday.
  • 32.A permit is required to visit Baratang. It is closed on Monday.
  • 33.The Elephant Beach is operational from 7 AM - 1 PM.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • 1. Booking is non-refundable if the travel is within 21 Days
  • 2. 2000 INR processing fees in case of cancellation before 21 Days
  • 3. Credit note will be issued in case the state announced the lockdown
  • 4. We book ferry tickets in advance so that your guest doesn’t suffer during the trip.
  • Hence, ferry tickets (INR 5000/ person for Premium category, INR 10000/ person for Deluxe)
  • is non-refundable if cancellation is made 21 days or more before the trip
