• Roadblocks or any other factor beyond our Control. Such unused items are neither refundable

• Pick up from Hotel by 9.30AM & proceed to Fort Aguada – Candolim Beach –Sinquerim
• Beach – Calangute – Baga Beach – Anjuna & drop back to hotel by 5PM by private Ac

• 13. In case the guest has chosen South goa Sightseeing (Private), the itinerary followed will be:
• Pick up from hotel by 9.30AM & proceed to Old Goa Churches - Monty Hill Church – Dona
• Paula – Miramar Beach – Panjim Shopping – Panjim Church – Panjim Boat Cruise
• (optional) & drop back to hotel by 6PM.by private AC Car
• 14. Sightseeing Entry Tickets are not included in the Package cost.
• These sightseeing entry tickets include:

• ● Jeep Safari tickets at Dudhsagar waterfall Trip
• ● Dinner and Entry tickets for Mandovi River Cruise or any other Cruise
• 15. Our Cabs will be available for the mentioned itinerary in the final quote. If the guests want to
• cover any extra location or want the vehicle for extra time, the extra charges will be applicable
• as per the requirement.
• 16. We have only telephonic/mail contact with our Customers. We take no liability for the
• conduct of customers or any dispute between customer and hotel.
• 17. All hotels do not have lift facilities & the guest may have to climb stairs. In case of guests
• having problems with blood pressure, breathing, knee & heart or if they cannot climb the higher
• floors, we will request you to report this problem at the time of booking so that we may take
• appropriate action. This is again subject to availability.
• 18 .In most hotels mentioned above Extra Person Sharing the Room, Child with Extra Bed, will
• be provided MATTRESS / ROLLOVERS as per requirement.
• 19. Watersports Activity at Malvan happens on sharing Basis (SIC) and the Traveller Picks up the guests
• at 6 A.M. in the morning. Similar other activities happening on a sharing basis are done starting at 6 A.M.
• in the morning. The timing needs to be taken care of

• 1. Booking is non-refundable if the travel is within 21 Days
• 2. 2000 INR processing fees in case of cancellation before 21 Days
• 3. Credit note will be issued in case the state announced the lockdown
