• 2. Accommodation in the itinerary at the mentioned hotels or the similar hotels.
• 3. The confirmation is subject to availability.
• 4. Rooms are subject to the availability. No reservation has been made till date. This is just a
• quotation. The above rate is valid only for mentioned dates/ month.
• 5. The above Quotation is only an offer and not confirmation of your bookings. If we are not able
• to get the original hotels, we shall provide equivalent/ alternative hotels.
• 6. No refund will be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation
• segments, sightseeing tours or any other service due to Bad weather, ill health, Strike,
• Roadblocks or any other factor beyond our Control.
• Such unused items are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
• 7. Base category Room is provided by default in every package, unless asked for a higher
• category room.
• 8. Extra bed means Extra mattress.
• 9.We have only telephonic/mail contact with our Customers. We take no liability for the conduct
• of customers or any dispute between customer and hotel.
• 10.In most hotels mentioned above Extra Person Sharing the Room, Child with Extra Bed, will be
• provided MATTRESS / ROLLOVERS as per requirement.
• 11.Internet/data rarely works, so carry all requisite print outs with you. Instead of struggling to
• get the internet.
• 12. Only Postpaid connections work in Jammu and Kashmir.

• 1. If flights get cancelled due to weather, there will be no refund of hotel/transfer money,
• only dates can be shifted that too at least 3 hours before the check in time, depending
• on the category and policy of the hotels.
• 2. Gondola Tickets are not booked by us at JM Tours & Travels.
• 3. If travelling in peak winters, some sightseeing can not be covered due to heavy snowfall
• depending on the weather of that particular day.
• 4. If 2-3 PAX are travelling, The vehicle provided can be a hatchback/sedan (4 seater)
• depending on the availability at that time.
• 5. If 4 PAX are travelling and are booking a 4 seater car, no more than 2 Bags can be
• accommodated in a hatchback, our recommendation is to book Tavera/Innova
• 6. Pony Charges in any of the 4 destinations are not included in the package.
• 7. Snow Jeeps might be required in heavy snowfall in
• Srinagar/Gulmarg/Pahalgam / Sonmarg which can be hired on the spot and paid there
• and then.
• 8. Shikara ride is offered for 1 hour only on Dal lake, it does not include stops, sightseeing
• etc on the Shikara

• 30% If cancelled within 45-30 days of Travel
• 100% if cancelled within 30 - 0 days of Travel/ No Show
• Credit note will be issued in case the state announced the lockdown
• If the Guest decides to cancel the tour for any reason whatsoever then
• s/he shall give a written application to the Company within the specified
• time limit along with the original receipt issued by the Company. Such
• cancellation will attract cancellation charges stated hereunder.*
• *Cancellation charges will be calculated on gross tour cost and the
• cancellation charges shall depend on the date of departure and date of
• cancellation*
• *Cancellation charges for any type of transport ticket are applicable as per
• the rules of the concerned authority.*
• *Train / Air tickets issued on special fares are NON-REFUNDABLE and Guests
• shall bear cancellation charges.*
• *Any refund payable to the Guest will be paid after the Company receives
• a refund from the respective authorities. The Company deducts
• processing charges from the refund to be paid to the Guest.
