• We do plan the arrangements in advance. It is unlikely that we will have to make
• any changes to your travel arrangements.
•  Occasionally, we may have to make changes and we reserve the right to do
• so at any time. If there are any changes, we will advise you of them at the
• earliest possible date.
•  We also reserve the right under any circumstances to cancel your travel
• arrangements by assigning reasons to you.
•  If we are unable to provide the booked travel arrangements due to reasons
• beyond our control (e.g. bad weather): We shall first try to offer alternative
• dates for the tour if the tour hasn’t already commenced.
•  JM Tours & Travels will not be responsible for refunding any amount due to
• any natural disaster.
•  There can be exceptional circumstances where Bhavesh Holidays and / or
• the Service Providers may be unable to honor the confirmed bookings due
• to various reasons like act of God, labor unrest, insolvency, business
• exigencies, government decisions, terrorist activity, any operational and
• technical issues, route and flight cancellations etc. or any other reason
• beyond the control of JM tours & Travels . If JM Tours & travels has advance
• knowledge of any such situations where dishonor of bookings may
• happen, it will make its best efforts to provide similar alternative to the
• User or refund then booking amount after deducting applicable service
• charges, if supported and refunded by that respective service. JM Tours & Travels Will not responsible for any Nature Call Like, Car Accident,
• Landslide, Heavy Snow Fall, Cab skating

• After confirmation of services, if you wish to change your travel arrangements in
• any way (e.g. your chosen departure date or accommodation), we will do our
• utmost to make these changes but it may not always be possible. Any request for
• changes must be in writing from the person who made the booking. All cost
• incurred due to amendment will be borne by you.

•  If cancellations are made 30 days before the start date of the trip, 30% of
• total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
•  If cancellations are made 15-30 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of
• total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
•  If cancellations are made within 0-15 days before the start date of the trip,
• 100% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
•  In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain
• trips or activities may get cancelled. In such cases operator will try their
• best to provide an alternate feasible. However a cash refund will not be
• applicable for the same.
•  Cancellations are strictly subjected to cancellation policies mentioned on the
• website & are irrespective of the date of booking.
• Refund policy
•  The applicable refund amount will be processed within 10-15 business days.
•  All applicable refunds will be done in traveller's Bank Accout.
